If my phone device cannot be charged, how can I deal with this problem?
- This wireless charger only supports charging for iPhone 8 and above models. ATTENTION: For iPhone 14 Pro only supports Horizontal Charging; NOT supports Vertical Charging. Please make sure your phone model has a wireless charging function.
- Please use the included 18W(9V/2A) charger adapter, the original iPhone adapter (5V/1A) is not powerful enough to support multiple devices at the same time.
- Please make sure your phone case is <=0.2in thick and free of any metal rings, magnetic fittings, or other foreign objects.
- Please make sure your phone is positioned correctly.
When this wireless charger is used as a bedside wireless charging station, will the indicator light affect sleep?
- When the wireless charger is just powered on, it will light up in red, and it will turn off after 5 seconds without operation.
- This indicator light only works for the mobile phone, not for the earphone or watch. If there is a foreign object on the mobile phone stand, the indicator light flashes red.
- The light guide column of the indicator light is very small, which will not affect your sleep.
Do I need to remove the earphone case when charging the earphone?
- The charging method of the AirPods is lightning port charging, not wireless charging, please pay attention.
- The open design at both ends of the earphone base can fit most earphones' cases, up to 0.12in can be used.
- If the AirPods do not charge after plugging it in, reverse the orientation so that the case of the AirPods is facing the back and try again.
- Please be careful not to charge the phone at the earphone port to avoid damaging the lightning port.
