Why does it charge slowly and even stop charging?

Due to a low power source.

--TROUBLESHOOTING: Make sure you use a QC 3.0 Car Charger Adapter as its power source and check if the power source or the charging cable is well-connected. Try to unplug and re-plug again to see if it will work properly.

Why it gets overheating while charging ?

Due to a poor connection with phone coils.

--TROUBLESHOOTING: Adjust the bottom tray up/down for better connection and make sure there are not any foreign objects(like metal plates,bank cards, etc.)between the charger and phone case(up to 3mm).

1. Please clean the dash surface before attaching the suction cup (make sure no dust and dirt on it)
